School of Computing and Digital Media Summer Show 2024

We'll be hosting the School of Computing and Digital Media’s Summer Show: Tuesday, 4 June - Saturday, 15 June 2024.

Join students, their families and staff in celebrating a rich programme of activities, exhibits and interactive demonstrations from a variety of areas throughout our diverse School.

Students from the School of Computing and Digital Media will showcase their fabulous talents with spectacular events taking place at our Holloway campus from Tuesday, 4 June and culminating in a screening at the British Film Institute on Friday, 7 June.

Our main exhibition will feature work from across the disciplines of computing, mathematics and media at Holloway. Watch students bring robots to life, learn about Data Science, Cyber Security and AI, Computer Networking, Digital Forensics, Software Engineering and Electronic Engineering, and listen to performances from our Music Technology graduates.

We’ll kick off the event on Tuesday, 4 June with our main exhibition, which will run from 5pm – 8.45pm, on campus. This will include the official opening at 5pm, a film screening from our Foundation Year students from 5pm – 5.30pm and a selection of outstanding short films (with Q&A) from 5.45pm – 8.45pm.

The exhibition will continue from Wednesday, 5 June – Saturday, 15 June. Opening times are weekdays 10am – 5pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm, and Sundays closed.

The season includes a screening of graduation films from Film and Television Production BA students at the British Film Institute on Friday 7 June from 1.30pm – 5pm.

What’s more, we will even have an on-site pop-up bar at the Opening Event, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk to current and graduating students, staff and alumni to learn about all the hard work they have put into making this year’s Summer Show our best yet.
