A 16-time Grammy nominee and international jazz icon, Elling has redefined vocal jazz across a 25-year career — from Jazz at Lincoln Center to the White House to Broadway’s Hadestown.
Joining him is acclaimed pianist and Steinway Artist Ben Paterson, praised by DownBeat Magazine as “as soulful a pianist/organist as exists anywhere.” A Grammy-winning collaborator and First Prize winner of the Ellis Marsalis International Jazz Piano Competition, Paterson brings joyful swing, virtuosity, and deep Chicago-rooted blues sensibility to every stage he graces.
