School Health Hub Showcase

Since March 2025, we have been piloting a School Health Hub model in partnership with Education Alliance for Life Chances (EALC), Dixons Academies Trust, Oastlers School, Centre for Applied Education Research, Citizens UK and BDCFT Children’s Services. The pilot has been developed in response to the growing health and wellbeing needs of children and young people across Bradford District, bringing partners together to deliver earlier support, improved access to services, and better outcomes within a familiar school setting.

At this event, we will share insights from the pilot, including the benefits of the School Health Hubs for pupils, families, and schools, as well as what we have learned through joint delivery. The showcase will also explore how the model can be rolled out across other schools, highlighting the key enablers, partnership working, and considerations for scaling and sustainability.

The session will include reflections from those involved in delivery and provide opportunities for discussion and networking with colleagues who share a commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people.
