• 7:30AM – Registration Opens

◦ Check-in, distribute welcome kits, scorecards, and cart assignments

◦ Light breakfast or coffee station available

• 8:00 AM – Practice Time

◦ Driving range and putting green open for warm-up

• 8:15AM – Welcome Announcements

◦ Brief remarks from organizers or sponsors

◦ Review rules, format, and safety reminders

• 8:30 AM – Shotgun Start

◦ All teams tee off simultaneously from different holes

• 1:00 - 2:30 PM – Wrap-up, Lunch , Awards and raffle
