To honor the 150th anniversary of Arnold Schoenberg’s birth, Quatuor Diotima will perform works by Schoenberg and Alban Berg on the Library’s Stradivari instruments. Join for a preconcert lecture by Harvey Sachs, author of “Schoenberg: Why He Matters,” at 6:30 p.m. in the Whittall Pavilion. Reserve tickets on September 4 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
