Schnitzel Night Pt. 2

To celebrate our love of German food & beer, we will be serving 4 unique schnitzels for 4 consecutive Wednesdays during the Festzeit.
With each schnitzel, we will be hammer-tapping an Anstich Keg of Weihenstephaner Festbier. These lagers are served from a traditional gravity cask and have softer carbonation than typical draft beers. This is a rare opportunity to drink this style in the US and should not be missed (nor should you skip out on the schnitzel!).
Menu will have several German food & beer specials that we will run for 4 weeks in the early fall, plus the one-night only schnitzel specials.
The second schnitzel night will feature Holstein Schnitzel w/ brabant potatoes (breaded veal cutlet w/ anchovies, fried egg, lemon caper butter).
