Schlinkhaus Wine Dinner with Michael and Felix Schlink

For ages 21 & up

Celebrate the rich, diverse flavors of traditional cuisine as your tastebuds transport you to a getaway in the wine country of Germany. Each course will be paired with a complementary wine. We’ll chat about what makes each pairing so special, from brotzeit with Rosé, smoked trout with white wine, tender roast beef with Pinot Noir, and a stunning dessert served with one of Germany’s signature dessert wines, Eiswein.

Each course of the meal will be paired with a German wine. For ages 21 & up. Demonstration. You will not be cooking in this class.

• Brotzeit w/ Spundekäs (savory creamy cheese spread), Ham, Horseradish
• Baked Beetroot, Smoked Trout, Juniper Crème Fraîche
• Zwiebelrostbraten (Onion roast beef), Potato Purée, Green Salad with Herb Vinaigrette
• Apfelküchle (Apple fritters), Bee Sting Cream, Almond-Caramel Crunch

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
