Scheherazade: Your personal journey to Intimacy & Trust

‘Every emotion buried deep beneath the surface, has a grand story to tell. That of your end or bright new beginning.’

Trusting its story depends on how deeply you are willing to look into it. Trust is built through intimacy, yet intimacy is created through a desire to fully see and accept oneself through another.

Intimacy plays a crucial role in life, the same way a healthy diet nurtures the body, intimacy does for our emotions. Our immune strength depends on our ability for closeness. Closeness that is built where our senses find emotional harmony and balance. When unable to find it, we go out looking for intimate involvements, through whom we can experience and play that story. The story that ends the heavy burdening emotions by experiencing a renewal for a new beginning.

One’s path to building intimacy and what we emotionally seek to experience through it is very individual. Many of our early childhood experiences, trauma and attachment styles are weaved into how our intimate experiences, later on, play out to be. The goal is to integrate them, as there is no right or wrong way. Only when we don’t, do we lose experiencing the depths and trust in our relationships. Especially in the relationship to self and our ability to overcome our fears. Turning into haunting desires only living through the mind. Every unprocessed emotion turns into a destructive thought. Yet, when integrated it can be transformed into a constructive road to building intimacy and trust. Both within yourself and another.

We are all chasing a feeling through intimacy, the feeling that frees us from the emotional burdens of the past and life. As you will learn in the workshop, through exploring your own individual natal chart, what is your path to free yourself from emotional burdens and strengthen your immunity. You will experience a sensual tantric movement practice for awakening the senses as well as a theoretical part of how to integrate it.

Facilitator Bio:

Returning from the mythological lands of Greece and her ancient eastern roots, Iva Hoop has brought the knowledge of ASEMAN to guide others in their soul awakening journey. ASEMAN, translated from Persian, means ‘Sky,’ referring to the ‘Sky’ inside of ‘Us.’ The Universe living within each one of us, where you discover the truth of your essence. 

Iva has embarked on her spiritual journey over 15 years ago and has concentrated the last five years of her life, intensely diving into the Philosophy of ASEMAN. Her practice is implemented through the language of Astrology and designed esoteric energy alignment modalities. Her well-rounded approach, incorporating Greek Philosophy, Sufism, Psychology, Astrology, Shamanic practices and Energy Healing has empowered her to discover unique individual approaches in aligning the physical realm to the spiritual world. Ultimately arriving at the truth each one of us carries inside and is here to live out.
