Torn Space Theater's Mainstage Series returns in 2025 with Scenes from a Marriage by Ingmar Bergman February 7 - March 1, 2025, featuring Tracie Lane as Marianne, the role originated by Liv Ullman in the 1973 film, Jack Hunter, Todd Benzin, Stan Klimecko and Christine Turturro. Bergman's classic film originally premiered as a television series and captured audience attention for its nuanced perspective of a marriage and relationship spanning love, parenthood, desire, deception and divorce. As contemporary relationship norms continue to change, Scenes from a Marriage remains a potent intimate lens into the private realm of a sacred institution.
