The Somerville Community Chorus is pleased to present its fall concert on Saturday, December 14th at 3:00 p.m. at St. James’s Episcopal Church, 1991 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge (corner of Beech Street). Please note that this is a different location than our recent concerts. The program features Benjamin Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols and several shorter pieces.
Tickets cost $20/adult or $6/person for families with children under 18. The preferred way to get tickets is to sign up and pay online to be placed on the guest list; this simplifies things for the volunteers handling the doors. (Note: Online ticketing will close at 10:00 a.m. the day of the concert.) People can also get tickets at the door; please have exact change or a check made out to the Somerville Community Chorus.

To help promote the safety of this event:
Everyone (audience members and performers) must be fully vaccinated/boosted for COVID-19.
The building has limited ventilation; unlike our previous venue, we do not have the ability to open windows.
Due to the low levels of COVID detected in wastewater sampling over the past several weeks, mask wearing is optional. Please respect the choices of your fellow attendees.
Performance will run with one intermission.

Doors open at 2:45 p.m.
Enter the building from the door in the modern part of the building on Beech St.
The building is handicapped accessible; the modern part of the building is at street level and there’s a ramp to access the sanctuary.
St. James’s is in Cambridge, two blocks from Somerville and Elm Street. In general, Mass Ave (Cambridge) has metered parking and the Cambridge side streets are resident-only. Elm Street (Somerville) allows two hour parking for cars that do not have resident parking stickers. The Somerville side streets are resident-only. Please read parking signs carefully.
