Workplace communication is not always simple.

You may need to ask for clearer instructions, explain what helps you work well, or speak to a supervisor about a concern.

This workshop will help you communicate your needs in a professional and respectful way.

You will learn how to:

  • Ask questions when instructions are unclear
  • Request clarification
  • Express your needs without oversharing
  • Set professional boundaries
  • Ask for help or support
  • Prepare for a conversation with a supervisor
  • Explain your strengths and working style
  • Respond when you feel misunderstood

We will provide examples of words and phrases you can use in real workplace conversations.

Who is this for?

This workshop is designed for neurodivergent English-speaking youth and young adults in Quebec.
