This October, CKAA is putting a spooky twist on the MKC Round Table with Scary Stories: Multifamily Edition!
Resident nightmares. Maintenance mayhem. Unexpected emergencies. Difficult conversations. Problems that just wouldn’t die. Bizarre onsite situations you couldn’t make up if you tried. Maybe even a few literally scary stories.
We’ve all had those moments that left us thinking, “Well...now what?”
On October 29, we’re bringing multifamily professionals together to talk about them. Bring a “scary story” of your own and share what happened, how you handled it, what worked, what didn’t and what you learned along the way.
This isn’t just for managers! Leasing professionals, maintenance teams, assistant managers, regional professionals and anyone working in multifamily are invited. The more perspectives around the table, the more we can learn from one another.
