SCARS of Trauma Training

• “It’s a simple outpatient procedure. We’re going to remove the mass of tissue. You’re young. You have your whole life ahead of you to have children. You’re making the right choice.” Age 16
• “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.” Age 18
• “911 What is your emergency?” “My son committed suicide!” Age 44
• 2:30 a.m. “911. What is your emergency?” “My husband is trying to break into my house! He’s threatened to K*ll me!” Age 45

If so, SCARS Trauma Training may be your answer. This training will equip you to be able to assist anyone with scars of trauma. The purpose of this training is to raise awareness concerning trauma and provide insight into how untreated trauma affects us in adulthood. This training will equip you with tools to prepare you for crisis intervention when working with female survivors.

This training is a two-event, January 20-21, 2023.

Friday evening from 6 pm-9 pm (doors open at 5:30 pm)

Saturday from 9 am-5 pm (lunch is provided)

The cost is $99 which includes training material, and lunch on Saturday.
