Shop fall arrivals, enjoy sweet treats, and bring the kids along for free face painting at the Downtown Oroville Booth! Participating businesses will be showing off their scariest, cutest, and funniest scarecrows. Your vote will enter you to win a $50 gift card to a downtown business of your choosing.
