Scallywag Party Live Music and Club Night (Part 11)

It's our first Party of 2023 and there's no better place to warm ya cockles in January than Brighton's most colourful monthly club night!

It's a new year and we're starting it with a bang as we host Scallywag Party creator Duncan Disorderly and his band of scallywags to get the Rialto bouncing like never before. This is our last club night at the Rialto as it’s closing for refurbishment in February so come dance hang out with friends old and new and help keep the festival fires burning with us. We’re going out in true scallywag style so expect a very special night packed with laughter tomfoolery togetherness and good times a plenty!

*SLAMBOREE DJ SET from FREEAR* - He has set dance floors alight from USA to Australia Panama to Russia and everywhere in-between.This high energy bass-filled carnival behemoth will shake your world in the best possible way.

*DJANGO CHUTNEY* - Upbeat gypsy jazz trio exclusively featuring members with 3 letter 1 syllable names.

*MATILDA KIRK* - Scallywag party debut for the awesome aerialist and hooper who'll be performing a hula show for us all.

*HANNAH VICTORIA* - She's back with her pallette of many colours ready to paint your face and warm your soul.

BUT WHAT IS THE SCALLYWAG PARTY??

If you're yet to have the pleasure of hanging out in a field with us at one of our previous festivals or events then expect awesome live music laughter smiles chilled days magic nights tomfoolery and togetherness. Our next 3 day mini festival is planned for 14th-17th July 2023.

Our music policy is always eclectic and always good time invoking. Expect Power Folk Reggae Afrobeat Gypsy Dub Electronica and everything in between. There will be some acts you will know and some acts you will not but in true Scallywag Party style expect to be entertained enlivened and enlightened!
