About this Event
You've learned how to collaborate with AI. Now it's time to run real work through it.
Most professionals hit a ceiling. Individual prompts work fine, but the moment work gets complex, things start breaking. Conversations expand and lose focus. Context fades between sessions. Outputs get harder to refine. Work drifts from the original objective without anyone noticing.
This isn't a capability problem. It's a systems problem.
Execution by Design is a hands-on workshop that installs the operational mechanics behind high-performance AI collaboration. You'll move from structured conversations to running full projects through AI with clarity, continuity, and control.
What You'll Walk Away With
· A container architecture that segments complex work so context stays clean and predictable
· Recap and continuity practices that let work build across sessions instead of resetting every time
· The ability to detect and correct alignment drift as problems get more complex
· A structured refinement cycle that turns mediocre AI output into sharp, usable work
· A workflow lifecycle approach for managing multiple work streams intentionally
· A personalized 60-day execution plan tied to a real project you're working on
Who This Is For
Knowledge workers, leaders, consultants, and professionals who already use AI regularly and want to move beyond prompting toward running complex work through a structured AI partnership.
This workshop assumes familiarity with the foundational principles from Workshop 1: Collaboration by Design.
The Core Idea
Relational discipline enables collaboration. Execution discipline enables performance. When container architecture, recap discipline, and alignment monitoring are installed, AI becomes capable of supporting complex intellectual work, not just isolated tasks.
This isn't a tips-and-tricks session. You'll build the operating system behind your AI partnership.
Agenda
Module 1: Running Real Work Through AI
Info: Bring a real project. You'll brief your AI, break the work into steps, and guide it through multiple turns. This is where you see the difference between prompting and partnering.
Module 2: Container Architecture – Structuring the Work
Info: Complex work needs compartments. You'll map your project into structured containers (threads, canvases, workspaces) so context stays clean and predictable instead of sprawling across conversations.
Module 3: Context Scaling & Continuity Discipline
Info: What happens when you come back to a project the next day and AI has forgotten everything? You'll install recap and goal reinforcement practices that let work build across sessions instead of resetting.
Module 4: Alignment & Drift Under Complexity
Info: The longer and more complex the work, the easier it drifts. You'll analyze prompt sequences that slowly went off track, identify where alignment broke, and practice resetting it.
Module 5: Performance Acceleration Through Refinement
Info: You'll take a mediocre AI output and run it through a structured refinement cycle: clarify the goal, specify the audience, add constraints, request critique. Then compare before and after.
Module 6: Workflow Lifecycle Management
Info: Not every conversation should keep going. You'll practice deciding when to continue, when to branch, and when to archive and summarize. This is how you manage multiple work streams without losing track.
Module 7: Installation – 60 Day Execution Protocol
Info: You'll build a 60-day execution plan tied to a real project, including your container structure, recap cadence, drift checks, and refinement rhythm. You leave with a working system, not just ideas.
