Tom is an expert at growing mid-market companies by strategic planning, execution, cash management, and people decisions; he helps clients achieve enterprise transformation via process improvement.

He is a Scaling Up Certified Coach since 2008, and has provided management coaching, consulting, & mentoring to CEOs, COOs, Admirals, and Senior Level Executives in the US and China. Clients have included EDS, Data Products Corp, Olivetti, the US Navy (saved over $200 Million on Surface Ship Maintenance & reduced time to train Navy Pilots by >35%), Clipsal(electrical product supplier in Hong Kong), Hengan (large manufacturer in China), AMTRAK, Xerox, and a number of mid-market companies including Dalworth Rug Cleaning & Restoration, Mister Sparky, Paragon Project Resources, Foster Financial Services, Pallet Logistics of America, Camden Homes, and Baker Brothers Plumbing & Air in Dallas.

Management experience in the industrial sector includes Owner & CEO of an office products company in partnership with a venture capital firm; plus, general management, CFO, and marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies, Hewlett-Packard and Harris.
