Filmed in 1984, New York Ninja never ended up seeing the light of day after its distribution company went bust and the project was abandoned. That was until 2021 when cult distributor Vinegar Syndrome found and re-edited the original footage into a love-letter to 1980s genre cinema. So after 37 years in the making, join John Liu as an ordinary man who becomes a vigilante ninja in order to take revenge on New York City's bloodthirsty criminal gangs in this fun, beautifully recreated B movie treasure.

All tickets sales are used to cover our costs. Any profits are used to support future screenings and work. Booking tickets in advance helps us plan the evening - but we do accept cash and card on the door.
