About this Event
A special Nature at Work + SC7 experience exploring the science of nature, health, and wellbeing at Furman’s Shi Institute for Sustainable Communities.
Join Nature at Work, the South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition, The Shi Institute for Sustainable Communities, and McAdams for a special SC7 Trail Talks experience exploring the growing field of applied research connecting nature, health, and wellbeing.
This experiential gathering will combine outdoor exploration, reflection, and conversation focused on the science that demonstrates how nature supports our health, resilience, and quality of life.
Participants will spend time exploring the natural spaces surrounding the Shi Institute—Furman’s own backyard—followed by engaging conversation around the research and real-world applications connecting nature and human health.
