Join us for the inaugural World Wellness Weekend South Carolina, an inspiring two day celebration of wellness, movement, education, innovation, and community in the heart of historic downtown Charleston.
Presented at the iconic Francis Marion Hotel, with The Spa of Charleston serving as the host spa, this statewide gathering will bring together leading wellness professionals, fitness instructors, holistic practitioners, spa and beauty experts, health educators, innovative brands, community organizations, and purpose driven businesses.
World Wellness Weekend South Carolina is designed to make wellness welcoming, engaging, and accessible. Whether you are beginning your wellness journey, searching for new ways to feel your best, building a wellness business, or already deeply committed to healthy living, this extraordinary weekend offers meaningful opportunities to move, learn, restore, discover, and connect.
Event schedule
Friday, September 18, 2026
Friday afternoon and evening will feature a curated schedule of wellness classes and specialty experiences. Programming may include yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, cycling, barre, mobility, dance fitness, group fitness, recovery, and mindful movement.
Saturday, September 19, 2026
Wellness classes and educational experiences will continue throughout the day.
The complimentary Wellness Expo will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Guests may explore wellness businesses, products, services, demonstrations, consultations, shopping, raffles, giveaways, and special event offerings.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore a thoughtfully curated collection of wellness experiences, including:
• Yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, cycling, mobility, and group fitness classes
• Spa, beauty, skincare, recovery, healthy aging, and longevity experiences
• Interactive demonstrations and consultations with wellness professionals
• Innovative wellness products, services, equipment, and technologies
• Educational presentations and conversations with respected industry leaders
• Opportunities to meet local practitioners, instructors, studios, and wellness focused businesses
• Shopping, specialty services, raffles, giveaways, and exclusive event offerings
• Meaningful connections with individuals and organizations committed to improving health and well being throughout South Carolina
Admission and class participation
General admission to the Saturday Wellness Expo is complimentary. Advance registration is strongly encouraged so guests can receive important event announcements, class schedules, speaker information, and programming updates.
Select classes and specialty experiences will be offered on a donation basis. Class availability may be limited, and advance reservations may be required for certain sessions.
Apply to teach a wellness class
Qualified instructors and wellness professionals are invited to apply to lead a class or experience during Friday afternoon and evening programming or throughout the day on Saturday.
We welcome applications from professionals specializing in:
• Yoga
• Pilates
• Sound bowl and sound healing
• Meditation and mindfulness
• Breathwork
• Cycling
• Barre
• Mobility and functional movement
• Dance fitness
• Group fitness
• Recovery
• Mindful movement
• Other qualified wellness disciplines
The event will feature 5 classrooms dedicated to wellness programming. There is no fee to submit an approved class opportunity. Classes are offered on a donation basis, with proceeds divided equally between the instructor or presenting organization and The Spa of Charleston, the event host.
Instructors must provide a professional headshot, business logo, and proof of current liability insurance. A Google account is required to upload application materials through the instructor form.

World Wellness Weekend South Carolina offers wellness brands, healthcare organizations, hospitality companies, fitness businesses, beauty and spa companies, nonprofits, studios, practitioners, and community organizations an exceptional opportunity to engage with a highly relevant audience.

Includes one draped 6 foot exhibit table, 2 chairs, Founding Partner recognition, participation in general event activities, and an opportunity to teach a donation based wellness class.
Gold Sponsor | $750
Includes one draped 8 foot exhibit table, 2 chairs, preferred exhibit placement, recognition on event signage, the website, and social media, plus an opportunity to teach a donation based wellness class.
Platinum Sponsor | $1,500
Includes a 10 foot by 10 foot exhibit space, 2 chairs, a premium exhibit location, featured recognition on event signage, the website, and social media, an opportunity to teach a donation based wellness class, and a luxury wellness gift basket valued at more than $500 to keep or raffle.
Diamond Sponsor | $2,000
Includes a 10 foot by 20 foot premium exhibit space, 2 chairs, premier exhibit placement, featured recognition throughout the event, an invitation to participate in the World Wellness Weekend Industry Leadership Panel, an opportunity to teach a donation based wellness class, and a luxury wellness gift basket valued at more than $500 to keep or raffle.
Every sponsorship level includes a founding membership in the inaugural South Carolina Spa & Wellness Association. Membership begins January 1, 2027.
Exclusive VIP Rest & Restore Lounge sponsorship | $8,000
This signature sponsorship includes exclusive naming rights to the VIP Rest & Restore Lounge, premium branding throughout the space, recognition on event signage and promotional materials, product sampling and demonstration opportunities, and direct engagement with VIP guests, speakers, sponsors, and industry leaders.
The sponsoring organization may also help furnish or curate the lounge with recovery technology, aromatherapy, hydration, wellness products, furnishings, or other restorative experiences.
