SC INBRE Career Development Workshop 2025

SC INBRE looks forward to welcoming you to our 2025 Career Development Workshop, an in-person day of learning and networking!

CDW25 will be held in the on the 8th Floor of the Close-Hipp Buildings on the USC Main Campus in Columbia. 

The Career Development Workshop (formerly Academic Leadership and Career Development Workshop) (CDW) is about you for you! This year, – one focused for students, one with a grant writing-focus and one for career development for faculty/staff/postdocs. Each of the sessions are intended to enhance your career development and/or grant proposal success.

Anyone! Although CDW is focused on STEMM, specifically NIH, we welcome all to attend. Sessions are for any academic rank — from high school summer research students to experienced faculty and staff members, and all in between.

NOTHING! The workshop is free! (We even include lunch!) 

Lunch is held in a building across the street from the . We can’t do much about the weather, but we can provide the weather forecast on our website so you can plan accordingly!
