The School is delighted to be hosting the Fellowship Inaugural Lectures in recognition of awards received since 2022. To help celebrate the significant achievement of our Fellows, we would like to invite you to the below event, during which Fellows will highlight their research area and what their Fellowship aims to deliver.

Wednesday 29 March, 12-1.30pm, Michael Smith Lecture Theatre

12noon – Welcome

12.10-12.40pm – Dr Panagiotis Sergouniotis, Division of Evolution, Infection & Genomics

Presentation Title: ‘How the fovea shapes our world: genetic and functional insights into the human fovea’

12.45-1.15pm – Dr Will Smith, Division of Evolution, Infection & Genomics

Presentation Title: ‘How do bacteria survive competitors' toxin attacks?’

1.20pm – light refreshments available in the Michael Smith Lounge
