Format of the Show
Dressage tests will start at 8:00am (tentatively depending on entries), followed by Ease of Handling, then Speed. Due to time constraints of a one-day show, we will only be accepting 20 entries, so please don’t delay if you would like to enter! Grounds will be open at 12pm Friday for move-in and schooling. Clinic Riders may arrive 1 hour before their Friday AM Session.

Prizes - Ribbons 1st – 6th and prizes for overall winners in each Level (combining points earned in all trials). Gaited Division if 4+ entries in level.
Note: All classes will be run as Open classes unless there are sufficient entries to justify splitting into divisions. A class will be split into Open/Amateur/Youth divisions provided there will still be at least three or more entries in each of the split classes. In the case of a split, ribbons will be awarded to each of the split classes.
Option at Rated show for those NEW to the Sport: We offer riders the opportunity to participate in this event as “H/C”. H/C Riders can have a coach, on foot, with them in the competition arena throughout their rides. The coach is available to assist both verbally (providing instructions/suggestions) and physically (assisting with the gate, etc.) to help ensure that both horse and rider have a positive experience with the sport. H/C riders are participating for schooling purposes only (hors concours); they are not competing for awards/points. ****Just note on entry form H/C with Level and pay that levels fee accordingly. No Non-member fee is required for H/C riders.
Rules: The competition will use the United States Rules for Working Equitation Current Version. Please make sure your rules are up-to-date as Rules Change every December. They can be found on www.usawe.org go to the link for “Rules & Dressage Tests”. PLEASE READ THE RULES TO AVOID CONFUSION ON MEMBERSHIPS AND LEVEL REQUIREMENTS!
All Horses entered into the B-Rated show must be registered with USAWE. Registration can be completed on www.usawe.org along with individual memberships.
Riders MUST be members of USAWE to earn points and awards in rated show. Non-member fee will be required if not a member as of the date of show.
***Use of helmets is required for all competitors under 18 whenever they are mounted***
Helmets are encouraged for EOH and Speed events.
Facilities: Permanent stalls 12x12 Stalls with rubber mats, Wash racks. Warm up arena with maintained footing. 150’ x 250’ Covered arena with maintained footing. 20mx40m Dressage Arena.
RV Hookups: $35 per night, Bathroom/Showers on site.

Stabling and Hauling in: Permanent stalls available for $105 for weekend (11am Fri- 7pm Sun) or $60 a day (2 bags bedding provided). TACK STALLS $85 for weekend or $45 for Day.
Bedding $8.00/bag. Haul Ins for show and schooling are $30 per day. Stabling will be open as of 11am Friday September 30, 2022
