On Saturday 6th June we will be hosting a Squat,Bench,Deadlift competition!The competition will be a 1 rep max squat followed by a 1 rep max bench press followed by a 1 rep max deadlift, with standard powerlifting rules.
There will be male and female competitions with results in each category determined by Wilks (a score calculated using the athlete’s bodyweight and best lift).
Weigh in will be between 8.30am and 9.30am with the competition to begin shortly after.
To enter, please email [email protected]. Entry will be £10 for members of the gym and £20 for non members which is to be paid in advance and is non refundable.
The spaces will be limited to 20 competitors (10 Men and 10 Women) and your space will only be guaranteed once the entry fee has been paid.
Once these spaces have been filled there will be a waiting list if there are any drop outs.
