SBC Community Vital Signs Implementation Committee

Join us at the Community Vital Signs Implementation Committee Meeting on January 22, 2025. This is an opportunity to collaborate with community organizations for leading action for addressing three health priorities that impact our communities health, they include: Behavioral Health, Injury & Violence Prevention, and Chronic Disease.

This meeting will focus on community dialogue to understand existent efforts and where greatest impact and alignment can be made for advancing strategies for action for improving our health priority: Behavioral Health.

By participating in this committee, you can expect to:

• Partner, align resources, and increase capacity for leading strategic action for improving health issues around Behavioral Health, Injury & Violence, and Chronic Disease.
• Engage in a community approach guided by the SBC Community Transformation Plan.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders with common goals and shared commitment for achieving community health improvement goals.
