About this Event
Hawaii small business owners are invited to participate to provide feedback about regulations that you believe should be repealed or reformed.
Featured speakers, Dr. Casey Mulligan, Chief Counsel for Advocacy and Trent Staggs, Regional Advocate - Region 8, will be hosting this roundtable.
The office is looking for business owners who have experienced:
· Costly, confusing or outdated regulations
· Regulations that caused permitting or licensing delays
· Duplicative or conflicting rules; and/or
·Excessive paperwork or unclear guidance
The SBA Office of Advocacy advances the views and concerns of small business before Congress, the White House, federal agencies, federal courts, and state policymakers. By conducting small business outreach, commenting in the federal regulatory process, and helping agencies develop less burdensome regulations, we amplify the voice of small business owners in the regulatory space.
