SBA Loan Info Session - Purchasing vs. Leasing Commercial Properties

I've had so many clients and friends ask me about the pros and cons of leasing vs. purchasing as well as qualifications for purchasing a commercial property, I figured it would be helpful if I hosted a brief info session with a subject matter expert.
