In God's determinate counsel, His work must pass from one generation to another and this is why He has led His servants from one age to another to engage in concerted discipleship to raise the young who will bear the baton of leadership and of His work in the days ahead. We have no doubt in our hearts that the time of passing on the baton has come. When Elijah thought he was the only one left and that Jezebel was seeking to K*ll him, God pointed that He has reserved for Himself, seven thousand that have not bow their knees to Baal or kiss the strange gods. How did He keep them, and Elijah did not know they existed?

This is the matter God is raising with us in this Students and Youth Congress 2024. You have been reserved and kept by the mercy of God for a clear assignment God has earmarked and pointed at you as His appointed channel for its fulfilment.
