She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics/Business from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to her corporate career, Tamika has successfully built and scaled a transportation company and two e-commerce businesses and currently serves as an Assistant Controller for a paper and pulp company based in the Carolinas.
