According to Epictetus we “were born with two ears and one mouth for a reason so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.” Improve your listening skills by attending this workshop. Participants will learn listening techniques, ways to have more effective conversations, and tips and tricks for improving email and phone communication. Listening is a valuable skill you use in all personal and work relationships. Attend this workshop to become a better communicator by improving your ability to listen to understand the other person instead of just listening to argue.
