An exciting night of slam poetry performed by students ages 13-18 as a culmination of a two-week poetry workshop.
About this Event

The Say Sumthn' Poetry Showcase -presented by Art Prevails Project- is a competition to that places dual emphasis on writing and performance. Youth poets, under the direction of professional poets/educators, will harness their creativity and personal experience to create original work that reflects their personal experiences and perspectives.
Prizes -including cash awards- will be presented to participants based on creativity, performances, and citizenship.
