The song is an homage to New York City’s Guerilla Girls - a psychedelic siren’s call to disrupt and dismantle male dominated spaces “ I’ll be the key that breaks your lock….Your hands are tied in a half hitched knot…so you’ll forget me not!”

Backed by a multicultural, multi-instrumental roaring roster of some of NYC´s finest ( members of The frightnrs, Combo Lulo, The Devil Whale, The Shacks) the band’s sound is a hat tip to late 70’s soulful discodelic girl groups with the three strong female lead voices of Piya Malik (El Michels Affair, former backing singer for Chicano Batman) Nya Parker Brown (former 79.5) and Sabrina Cunningham ( Denny Love, Oracle Room) soaring through a set doused heavy with funky bass lines, rhythmic wah guitar, melodic synths and lilting bansuri flute lines. Think Asha Puthli meets Love Apple with a sprinkling of Minnie Riperton.
