About this Event

This workshop will take you from barely getting through the day to feeling confident and energized and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way.

Imagine your new reality where you create balance in your life so you don’t feel like you are always working, you feel well rested when you get up in the morning, you have one cup of coffee because you like it not three cups because you need it, and you have time to make and eat the food that makes you feel energized and unstoppable (no more living off a diet of energy drinks and fast food because you have no time to plan or make your meals).

This workshop is for you if:

  • you are working long hours with no recognition - “your boss thinks nothing of giving you work to do at 5pm that needs to get done ASAP with no regards to your after work plans and when review time comes around you receive the same small pay increase as everyone else”


  • having trouble sleeping because you can’t stop thinking about everything that has to get done - “every night you try to get 8 hours of sleep but you find yourself laying in bed tossing and turning because your mind is running a mile a minute thinking of everything that has to get done so you end up getting half as much sleep as you planned only to start your day exhausted and buying that XL size coffee on your way to the office.”


  • living off a diet of energy drinks and fast food because you have no time to plan or make your meals “you start off the week with a plan to make all your meals and drink your water only to find yourself exhausted and stressed as the week goes on so you find yourself downing the “healthiest” energy drinks you can find all day and hitting the drive-thru of Chick-fil-A each night thinking “at least I’m getting some protein in me” only to find yourself feeling sluggish and irritable from all of the refined carbohydrates and sugar you have consumed.


  • You find yourself crashing on the couch each night mindlessly scrolling social media to see everyone else who looks like they are living the perfect life, and it makes you want to throw up your hands and give up.


  • You are exhausted, moody, constantly stressed and you know something has to give and you can’t keep living on XL coffees multiples times per day.


What we will cover:

  • Areas of our life that contribute to or drain our energy and vitality contributing to burnout so that you can gain insight into unexpected sources of exhaustion. Hint - it may not be what you think!


  • A deep dive into your specific circumstances so we can identify what areas of your life are draining your energy and the steps you can take to start changing that today! Stop wasting time you don’t have guessing and experimenting with different techniques that don’t end up working.


  • How food plays a big role in our energy levels and what exactly we should be eating and what we should limit or avoid so that you can quickly get in and out of the grocery store and easily prepare meals that will help you sustain your energy throughout the day.
  • Simple and sustainable ways to ensure you have the energy you need so life can be more fun again (vacations, times with friends & family, beach days, etc.) and not feel like such a drag and you can actually enjoy the life your hard work has built.
