Say Cheese & Cheers!

Join us for an evening of delicious cheese paired with special beers and fine wines.

Each cheese course will be presented by Isaac from Calgary's Say Cheese Fromagerie, and served alongside accompaniments by Biera. Special barrel-fermented beers will be paired by the team at Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company, and wines will be paired by 2851 Selections.

You will enjoy a welcome drink, followed by 3 light courses of cheese, wine and beer. The owner of Blind Enthusiasm will also be on hand to introduce their beers and chat.

Each course will include a 100ml pour of wine and beer. There is a very limited number of tickets available. Tickets must be purchased in advance. This is an18+ , after-dinner event. We would encourage you to have a light dinner before joining us in cheese heaven.
