The Songwriter's Association of Washington Open Mic at the New Deal Cafe is hosted by Lynn Hollyfield and is the FIRST Tuesday of the Month with a featured artist. For November, Mike Kelly will be the featured artist. Sign ups start at 6PM for 2songs/10 minutes. OM 6:30-8 and 8:30-9:30. Mike performs 8-8:30PM. Not to miss! His poetic lyrics, capture stories, paint images in your mind are supported by great guitar picking. In my little 'ole opinion, he reminds me of Keb Mo.
