Chef Daryll will guide participants in transforming rescued kitchen scrapsālike leftover onions, garlic, and herbsāinto a flavourful, take-home soup mix. Learn practical tips for reducing food waste while connecting with the story of how PARC and Second Harvest nourish Torontoās west-end community. Whether youāre a seasoned home cook or just starting out, this workshop is a celebration of creativity, sustainability, and community care.

Each guest will write a personal food waste reduction pledge to attach to their soup jarāsomething fun, meaningful, and uniquely yours.

Originally from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Chef Daryll has worked across Torontoās hospitality scene and now leads PARCās drop-in kitchen program, turning rescued food into meals that feed both body and soul.
