Savour: Wine & Food Experience, presented by Jones & Company Wine Merchants, is back in person on February 25, 2023, at the RBC Convention Centre to raise money in support of HSC Winnipeg. Indulge your taste buds in an evening of fine dining and even finer wine as we journey to the lush and captivating country of Ireland!
Savour Ireland: Wine & Food Experience promises to be an exciting and glamorous evening where we raise funds to elevate health care for all Manitobans. Please join us as we celebrate together, united in our passion for promoting innovation and inspiring excellence at HSC Winnipeg—Manitoba’s hospital.
Since 2009, our Savour partners and guests have generated over $4 million in support of vital initiatives at HSC. Last year alone, we raised over $630,000 to purchase two laparoscopic towers and scopes for HSC Winnipeg. These high-tech systems allow surgeons to perform minimally invasive surgeries with remarkable precision.
