In addition to celebrating Racine’s visual and culinary arts, SAVOUR 2024 will also commemorate a milestone event—celebrating 50 years of RAM Executive Director and Curator of Collections Bruce W. Pepich. Since beginning work at Wustum in 1974, Pepich has worked diligently to support and further the museum’s mission to exhibit, collect, preserve, and educate in the contemporary visual arts. His many decades of leadership include impressive highlights, such as the construction of the Racine Art Museum in 2003, assembling of the largest collection of contemporary craft in the United States, and an induction into the American Craft Council College of Fellows. The theme of SAVOUR 2024 is an upscale homage to the decade in which he joined Wustum staff.
Proceeds from SAVOUR 2024 help support RAM exhibitions, visual art education for children and adults of all ages and abilities, and care of the museum’s nationally recognized permanent collection. You help fund programs like RAM on the Road, SPARK!, and other outreach programs which enable RAM to continue to inspire the next generation of talented creatives, great visionaries, philanthropists, and world-class leaders.
