The evening begins with an exclusive VIP Conversation with Lidia Bastianich, featuring a moderated discussion and audience Q&A with the beloved PBS chef and television personality.

Following the VIP event, doors open to general admission at 6:15 PM, with a seated dinner and program to follow. The multi-course menu will be inspired by Lidia’s own celebrated recipes, prepared in collaboration with Chef Marcus Snead of Toscana, one of Amarillo’s premier Italian restaurants.
