Info: Erin Driskill brings over 20 years of mindfulness experience to create guided mindful dining experiences that nourish body and mind. Inspired by her work in mindfulness and time in renowned culinary spaces, including Chez Panisse, she blends mindfulness prompts and intentional pauses between courses to cultivate presence, connection, and intentional living. Marlon Orzo is your mindful dining host continuing the legacy of his mother’s French country–style restaurant, a South Waterfront staple since the 1980s. He creates a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests are encouraged to slow down and be present. With thoughtful food presentation and an intentional pace, Marlon offers a dining experience rooted in tradition, connection, and unforgettable moments you will want to savor.
