Join us for an inspiring afternoon with Pat Dunlop from the South Carolina chapter of the North American Butterfly Association. Pat will share the urgent need to protect our butterflies, with a special focus on the beloved Monarch, which is currently under consideration for the endangered species list.
You'll also hear the story behind the butterfly club, its mission, and how it has worked to bring education and conversation to the local community. Topics will include the butterflies of South Carolina, tips for creating a butterfly-friendly garden, and the fascinating lifecycle and migration of the Monarch.
