Too often kidney disease failure is due to poor lifestyle choices, insufficient public health funds that focus on management rather than prevention, health care services does not provide equitable and proper access to care for the low-income individuals and patients does not comply to health care orders, and the lack of patient’s knowledge.

H&A is working hard to - Bridge the knowledge gap to better kidney care.” However, this can only work if healthcare providers educate effectively and patients take an active role in their health a co-designed partnership with those with kidney disease, rather than viewing health literacy as a patient deficit.

In addition, we will give everyone the opportunity gathers the facts on to how and why give the gift of life to other is important. Organ, eye, and tissue donation helps restore health, sight and mobility. Consider providing hope to those in need lifesaving organ transplants and those in need of corneas and tissue.
