About this Event

On September 15th, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey will host the “Save the Bees” Dinner at 1 Hotel Central Park in support of The Bee Conservancy, timed to National Honey Month and rounding off New York Fashion Week. The event will include surprising and insightful bee facts by Rebecca Louie Catskills beekeeper + Guillermo Fernandez, founder of The Bee Conservancy. Singer, songwriter and guitarist Najah Lewis will perform throughout the evening, while visual artist and prop stylist Lori Tannis exhibits an immersive art installation inspired by the intricate ecosystems of beehives that will be reused for activations during national honey month. During the event, guests will have the option to take part in a hands-on honey extraction experience, where attendees will learn how to remove honey from a frame and sample their efforts during the sustainable meal. The installation will continue to serve as a structure used for underground homes for bees in the care of The Bee Conservancy.

*All proceeds from this ticket will go directly to the Bee Conservancy and includes a plus 1.
