Save Free Beach Parking! Protest PBC $4/Hr Beach Fees

🚨 OUR FREE BEACH PARKING IS UNDER THREAT! 🚨
Palm Beach County commissioners are officially moving forward with a proposal to eliminate free parking at ALL 12 county-operated beach parks. They want to charge us $4.00 PER HOUR just to access our public coastlines.
For generations, our beaches have been free and open to everyone. Charging for parking turns a public right into a luxury. It hurts local families, surfers, beach runners, and working-class residents who rely on the coast to unwind.
We need a massive turnout at the upcoming County Commission meetings to look the board members in the eye and say NO to this cash grab.
👉 WHAT YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW:
1. RSVP to this event and invite 5 local friends.
2. Share this event to local community groups.
3. Prepare a brief, 2-to-3-minute statement about why free beach access matters to you and your family.
**The official meeting kicks off at 9:30 AM, but the dedicated window for open public comment ("Matters by the Public") begins at 2:00 PM. Aim to arrive shortly before 2:00 PM to fill out your comment card and get a seat in the chambers before they open the microphones!
If we don't speak out now, free parking at our beaches will be a thing of the past by October. See you there! 💪🏖️
