Who says the wiener dogs get to have all the fun?Get ready for the new Savannah All Breeds Dog Races – the prequel to the beloved Savannah Wiener Dog Races hosted by Plant Riverside District and organized by Savannah’s Waterfront. If you have a non-dachshund dog 30lbs or under who loves to run, you cannot miss this inaugural event on Saturday, October 5, 2024!
Inviting dogs and owners from all over the area to join the big race on River Street. Apart from the fastest run awards in all weight classes, there will exciting contests such as best dressed dog, best dressed dog owner and more. Entry cost is $25.00. Registration/check in will open at 9:00am, races begin at 11:00am.
