You are invited to the opening of the new shala in Savannah and our first practice week of 2023! Join Taylor for a week of community building and immersion into the Ashtanga yoga practice in beautiful, historic Savannah. The week will include five Mysore practices, two asana clinics, and two sadhana workshops covering a variety of topics such as meditation, chanting, pranayama, and philosophy. There will be something for all levels of practitioners.
Tuition: $475
A $150 non-refundable deposit is included in the cost. No refunds will be given within 30 days on the workshop.
