You will then prepare your sausages using our ingredients and sausage filler. The best in class will receive a “Master Butcher Medal”?
After the workshop, enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our chefs - Cider & smoked bacon braised sausages, buttered mash, green beans and refreshments.?
