Sausage Making 101 with Rosie at The Hungarian Butcher

Join us in person at The Hungarian Butcher for a fun and hands-on sausage making class with Rosie! Learn the art of crafting delicious sausages from scratch, get tips straight from the expert, and enjoy a relaxed, informal vibe (BYOB). Whether you're a foodie or just curious, this is your chance to roll up your sleeves and make some tasty sausages together. Rosie plans on covering a classic sausage, a cultural sausage and something funky! You will get to taste some of the finished product and take some of each kind you make home. Rosie Will also be providing a charcuterie spread to nosh on while you learn!

About your teacher: Rosie has been cutting meat since 2021, starting at Weiland's Market meat department and finally finding her place at Hungarian Butcher in 2023. She believes butchery is both an art and trade, which are best taught in person with passion & precision.
