Now is your chance to attend one of our most popular classes, Sausage Making 101! Come learn how to grind, case, and twist sausage like the pros in this fun interactive course.We will walk you through the entire sausage making process, from start to finish, featuring recipes from our rotating selection of sausages. Plenty of insider tips and techniques to be shared, and when all is said and done, each guest will get to leave with a couple pounds of sausage that they made during the class.
We'll also be demonstrating some of our favorite cooking techniques for the sausage you'll be taking home, so bring your appetite.
Runtime is 2-2 1/2 hours; beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase during class.
