Learn all about saunas; their history, how to build and maintain them, and why saunaing is good for your health. The class will begin with a short description about what sauna brings (or can bring) to your northland cabin or home. We will then expand the discussion towards how we can make a sauna happen for you. We will discuss the options from DIY, kits, to hiring a specialized contractor and/or sauna builder. The intention is to help you realize your own unique and personalized sauna dreams. Those attending who already own and enjoy sauna can join in on discussions about the "how" and "why" aspects.
